Inspired by Carol Ann Duffy launching an International poetry project, we thought that we would like to do something similar for local children and adults.
Would you or your children like to write a small poem about your current thoughts? What you feel about the current Coronavirus situation? Living with social distancing? Unable to see family and friends?

We would like to publish your work on our Facebook page and website as part of a log. Your work may help others who are feeling the same. Please get involved and send your poems by message to us.

Please let me know if you are happy for us to use your name, school etc. If you would like to remain anonymous that’s OK too.
